Adebayo Soyode - The Managing Director/CEO of the Company. Also a founding Director, a graduate of Political Science from University of Ibadan. He has worked in various capacities with the Nigeria Police Force, Lecturer, Journalist. A supervisory Councilor in Odeda - Ogun State. He is endowed with significant goodwill among political and business communities within and outside the country. Very active in projecting the State Governments investment potentials at different investment initiatives both local and international levels. Has directed supervision of Pre-paid meter installations on various sites ensuring basic standards are adhered to at all times. Basically, he is so much experienced in all activities of in-depth installation procedures including but not limited to, Customer Load Assessments, etc.

The Chief Operating Officer, in charge of Electrical Engineering and Power Generation of the Company. He holds various degrees in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Communication Management. A certified, registered Engineer with COREN, Corporate member of NSE, and a member of Project Management Institute PMI. He is endowed with broad hands-on experience in Facilities Engineering. ....
Engineer SUNDAY DUROJAIYE
He is a Mechanical Engineer, holds a Msc. degree in Mechanical Engineering (Production & Instrumentation) from Ukraine. Worked in various aspects of the industry including at Avofmach as a Field Engineer. Having relocated to England, he retrained as an Electrical Installation Technician (domestic & Commercial). He is a registered NICEIC approved Electrical Contractor in the UK for almost a decade.
